Open an account in the American Beacon Money Market Mileage Fund and earn American Airlines AAdvantage^® miles.

Invest in the Money Market Mileage Fund and each month you will be credited one mile for every $10.00 maintained in the Funds on an annualized basis.

How are miles earned?

• 1 mile is earned for every $10 maintained on an annualized basis.
  
• Mileage is calculated on the average daily balance and posted monthly.
  
• There is NO maximum to the miles that may be earned.
  
• Only $2,500 is needed to open an account, and subsequent investments may be made for as little as $50.
  
  

Mileage Examples

With a daily average balance of $12,000 deposited into an account on the first day of the month, 100 miles would be credited for that month. ($12,000 divided by 10, then by 12 months.)

With a daily average balance of $10,000 deposited into an account on the first day of the month, 83 miles would be credited for that month.

If an account is funded mid-month, a prorated calculation will be used. For example, the average daily balance on a $50,000 account funded on the 16th day of a month having 30 days (maintaining that balance for the entire month) would be $25,000. Therefore, dividing the average balance by 10 and then by 12 months would total 208 miles for the month.


Qualified retirement accounts, including IRAs and IRA rollover accounts, and certain other accounts are not eligible to invest in the American Beacon Mileage Funds.

American Airlines reserves the right to end the AAdvantage® program with six months
notice. AAdvantage® travel awards, accrued mileage credits and special offers are
subject to government regulations. American Airlines is not responsible for
products and services offered by other participating companies. Any departure fee,
immigration fee, security fee, tax liability surcharge or passenger facility charge or any
other fee or surcharge (whether enacted by a governmental authority or otherwise) is
the responsibility of the passenger and/or the AAdvantage® member.
