The American Beacon Funds - Cash Management Class

The American Beacon Funds - Cash Management Class shares are offered to institutional investors, including: agents or fiduciaries acting on behalf of their clients, endowment funds and charitable foundations, employee welfare plans, qualified pension and profit sharing plans, corporations, and other investors who meet the initial investment requirements. An inital investment of at least $10 million is required for the Money Market Fund. The U.S. Government Money Market Fund has an initial investment requirement of $2 million.
