with the USA Patriot Act
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money
laundering activities, all financial institutions are required by
law to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each
individual or entity opening an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask you
for your name, address, taxpayer or other government identification
number and other information, such as date of birth for individuals,
that will allow us to identify you. We will verify this information
to ensure the identity of all individuals opening a mutual fund
account.

Institutional
Class
The Institutional Class of the Funds is
intended for company pension funds or corporate cash or, if you
otherwise have at least $250,000 to invest. To learn more about

Class of funds are offered to those investing through intermediary
organizations, such as broker-dealers or third party administrators.

Class
Investor Class is designed to serve the needs of individuals, retirement
accounts, and individuals who purchase funds through a financial
advisor or brokerage firm mutual fund network. The minimum investment

Retirement Class
Retirement Class is offered primarily to small retirement plans and investors who invest through retirement plan services. The minimum investment for this fund class is $2,500. Download an application or a prospectus here.

Y Class
The Y Class shares of the American Beacon Funds are offered primarily to retirement plans and advisors that require revenue sharing from the Funds. The minimum investment per plan or advisor for this fund class is $100,000. Download an application or a prospectus here.

A Class
A Class shares are available to retail investors who invest directly through intermediary organizations, such as broker-dealers or other financial intermediaries, or through employee directed benefit plans, or directly with the Funds. Shares of each Fund are available to investors at their offering price, which is equal to the net asset value per share (“NAV”) plus the applicable front-end sales charge that you pay when you buy your A Class shares. The front-end sales charge is generally deducted directly from the amount of your investment. A Class shares are also subject to a Rule 12b-1 fee and a shareholder servicing fee. C Class
The American Beacon Funds -- C Class shares are available to retail investors who invest directly through intermediary organizations, such as broker-dealers or other financial intermediaries, or through employee directed benefit plans, or directly with the Funds. C Class shares are available for Traditional and Roth IRA accounts investing through American Beacon. If you sell your shares within 12 months after buying them, you will normally pay a contingent deferred sales charge.
